And through our “look good. do good.” initiative, every purchase supports horse rescue and rehabilitation efforts, so you can protect your eyes and make a difference.

Do you offer prescription lenses?

Currently, we do not offer prescription lenses, but our stylish sunglasses are designed to complement any look while providing UV protection and clarity.

Shipping

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping.

How long will it take to process and ship my order?

All orders are processed and fulfilled by Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) for fast and efficient delivery. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package ships.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused products in their original packaging. To ensure a smooth return, please follow these guidelines:

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
  • Non-returnable items: Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for return.
  • Return window: Once a return is initiated, items must be postmarked within 10 days using the return label provided.

What is your exchange policy?

We offer up to two exchanges for products of equal or lesser value, free of charge.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team. We’ll guide you through the process and ensure you’re satisfied with your new pair!

What does the warranty cover?

Cavallo Eyewear offers a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturer defects only. The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratched lenses
  • Frame stretching due to regular use

If your item is defective and falls under the warranty, you’re eligible for a one-time replacement of the original item (this is not considered an exchange).

How do I file a warranty claim?

To file a warranty claim, please contact our support team via the Contact page on our website. Be sure to include the following details to help us process your claim:

  • Product name
  • Product color
  • Product SKU number

Our team will review your claim and assist you with the next steps.

What is your Sunglasses Protection Program and how does it work?

Our Protection Program offers a one-time replacement if your sunglasses are damaged while riding at the barn. To qualify, you must have purchased the sunglasses through our website (excludes free promos and clearance items). Simply fill out the request form at the bottom of the page, include a clear photo of the damage, and describe what happened. Once approved (within 48 hours), you’ll receive an email with a link to order a replacement for just a $20 processing fee. Accessories are not covered under this program.

Can I return or exchange an item if I’ve used it?

We only accept returns for unused products that are in their original packaging. Unfortunately, items that have been used cannot be returned or exchanged.
